Leo, in contrast to El Chato, was a highly formal affair. Eileen was a delight! The food was a mixed bag... all dishes were exotic some to my liking some less so. The serving dishes were very interesting but the chef was a bit precious about them. The alcoholic pairings were mostly OK... most of the in-house made ones (like a meade) were not to my liking (most had a sour after taste). That said, when sipped after the taste, I got the compliment, Ijust didn't drink them on their own as i did the wines. The place was drafty and cold... we were there in late November... The atmosphere was calm but very stiff and not a little pretentious... except for Eileen. If you have money to spare on a forma, unique event... it is much more than just a dinner... you will not be disappointed.

We came to Leo specifically to experience the drinks, and we truly appreciated the creativity and thought behind the cocktail menu. The concepts were imaginative and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the food overall, though there is some room for refinement in the execution. Our host spoke quite quickly, and we were unfortunately charged twice for a dish we had clearly mentioned was disappointing. The space itself is stunning and absolutely worth a visit.

A very polished experience. The tasting menu weaves Colombian biodiversity into each dish, with ingredients sourced from indigenous communities and ecosystems across the country. It feels like a story told through flavors, textures, and even unexpected elements (think ants, Amazonian fruits, and native herbs). The cocktails are a standout - they have a sister cocktail bar/restaurant if you’re looking for a more casual dining experience. Overall would recommend!

If you look for classic stuf, don’t go. If you look to explore all the subtile tastes of Colombia, ones you like, ones you don’t like. GO! Not cheap, but unique TOP experience for me!

It is my second time. I wonder if it changed the chef that all the dishes are too salty and two of them I just gave up trying to finish them. Some of dishes are just BBQ source and way too salty that cover the food itself. I don’t even find it proper cook. I am disappointed this second visit.
