Amazing food. This is my 2nd year visiting and probably 6th time eating here. I always try something new and I have never been disappointed. I am determined to try their entire menu. But today I made my way to the ribs, and they were the best ribs I’ve ever had south of the US border. The most tender ribs with the perfect barbecue sauce and a very delicious slice of cornbread loaf. Jose, the owner really outdid himself with this recipe. Look at the juiciness shown in the pictures. I posted the before and after.
As a New Orleans local for 15+ years I was stoked to try this little restaurant en La Macarena. What an amazing spot! Order the Gumbo or Jambalaya, close your eyes and you're transported to NOLA! Gracias chef Jose! Laissez les bons temps rouler!
One of the best places I've ate in during my stay in Bogota - Jambalaya was on point! Chef Jose asked me how spicy I'd like it, came to ask if everything is good and we had some small talk, very nice person! 10/10 recommend!
The food is the bomb. The owner is a true scholar of southern cuisine. Encourage him to try his hand at brisket. Staff are also great.
Such an amazing little restaurant. The food is amazing and it has a great atmosphere. If you are visiting Bogota, this is a restaurant that you can’t miss. The service was also excellent. Jose is the best host, always very helpful and professional.
